  This is not a review of Dr. Bland himself, but of the practice and the office. My father is a patient, and as I am his primary caretaker I have to deal with this office regularly. It is the most inefficient office I have ever had to deal with. They do not have a phone in their office. In fact, there is no way to contact the office without actually driving there. The phone number you call is just an answering service, who can forward you, but whoever the number goes to (it isn't the front desk), they never answer the phone and they do not return calls if you leave a message. If you go to the office in person, be prepared for any and every reason they cannot get things done. For instance, once a couple of months ago my dad needed a prescription called in. I called to no avail, so I went up to the office. There, I was told they could not fax the prescriptio until the Dr signed an authorization, but they would get it done. The next day, no fax. The third day, I went, and was told Dr. Bland wasn't there and had not been there. I asked, has he not seen a single patient in 3 days? They literally said, "look around." The next day, day 4, I got a call from pharmacy that they finally sent the prescription. Now, I am in the same boat again. They said they would fax a document yesterday. Today they say they need a request for the document first. I had that faxed over, but they said they don't even get faxes straight there, it goes somewhere else. So I DROVE to pick up the fax, which now they say they are waiting on a signature again before sending the document. Hope it doesn't take 4 days.
